I would like to introduce you all to my new friend, New Leaf Jess.

She is a smart girl, who enjoys not going on Tumblr, doing her homework, and raising her grades.  

She meets with her counselor, takes quizzes and tests during her lunch, and spends extra time studying using useful techniques such as watching videos on how to take the derivative of a natural log. Although she longs to go home (aka the land of Tumblr, procrastination, and not so hot grades), she is working to ignore that feeling, and focus on the good things that lie ahead.

I am very proud of New Leaf Jess, as she is making such progress. Before we know it, she will be the most incredible IB student in the state of Colorado. Great job Jess, keep up the good work!
