The Waking Sleep
As I type this, it is 12:48am and God is giving us QUITE the storm. It's insane. There is tornado warnings. The lightning has not stopped for two hours- it's none stop like strobe lights. The thunder sounds like a plan flying overhead, it's constant. The rain has turned into marble-sized hail that now litters the streets. Our garden is looking wary and I'm thankful that I was able to park in the garage tonight. Katie Herzig keeps me company with her passionate, almost bittersweet songs.
